JAPAN NETWORK OF LAW-RELATED EDUCATION (JNLRE)

@JNLRE is a non-profit educational organization to foster the development of law-related education committed to democratic principles and values of Japan. It was founded in 1999 July. Today, there are about 100 members of educators, lawyers, and researchers who are interested in Law-Related Education.

@The network especially aims to train and educate students to be active participants and responsible citizens as decision-markers and builders of fair and justice society. It helps the students develop (1) knowledge, skill, and values of law and legal justice system (2) deep understanding of human rights and democracy, and (3) proper understanding of Japanese Constitution and laws.

@The network publishes newsletter, conducts meeting, seminars, and also intends to hold annual conferences.
